• Please note that this application comes with a non-refundable $10 donation to Public Ceramics. 
• The deadline to apply is Friday October 4 at midnight.
• Applicants will be notified if they won the random-generated lottery spots by Friday October 11. 
• Once applicants are selected, a form will be sent with a request for your information for sales.
