Parties + team-building
Throw your next birthday party or company outing with the help of a teaching artist and a little mud. Choose from wheel-throwing (for partiers age 7 and up who want to get messy) or hand-building (great for young children or adults who want a free hand to sip their wine).
Parties include a 2-hour event for up to 10 participants and one finished piece per student. If you love all the lumpy children equally, each additional piece is $15. Finished work will be ready for pick-up in ~4 weeks. Participants are always welcome to BYOB or bring a cake.
This fall, private lessons are available to book Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, from 1:30-3:30pm.
Please note our new rates:
- 6 people: $650
- 7 people: $750
- 8 people: $850
- 9 people: $950
- 10 people: $1050
To schedule a private event, email hello@gasworksnyc.com with the following information:
- 3 possible dates (2 weeks or more ahead of time)
- do you want to learn wheel or handbuilding and purpose of your event/party/team-building.
- how many people in your party
- the ages of participants
Parties are preferably scheduled 2-3 weeks in advance. If there is an availability with one of our teachers that matches your availability, we will send a confirmation email as well as a PayPal invoice, and a google calendar invite. Please respond to those emails asap to confirm you will be attending (please also let us know if you changed your mind and won't be attending so we can reserve the spot for someone else).
