Photo Release

I hereby grant permission to GasworksNYC to use my name, likeness, attributed statement and/or photograph on its website, Facebook page, and other online accounts (social media and otherwise), pages, or profiles, in printed and/or sponsored publications, and in its mar- keting, without further consideration. We acknowledge that GasworksNYC has full and complete right to edit, crop, or treat the photograph in its discretion. We also acknowledge that GasworksNYC may choose not to use my name, likeness, attributed statement and/or photo at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. 

We hereby waive the right to any claim against GasworksNYC, including claims for fees or control of the aforementioned items now or in the future. We acknowledge that the materials referenced herein are owned by GasworksNYC and may copyright the same. We hereby waive any rights to inspect or approve such materials or the uses to which such materials may be applied. Nothing herein contained shall constitute any obligation of GasworksNYC to make use of the materials.

We acknowledge that GasworksNYC retains all rights (but not the obligation) to use, include, exhibit, distribute and otherwise exploit, in any manner or media whatsoever, whether now known or hereafter devised, through- out the world, in perpetuity, in and in connection with GasworksNYC and any advertising, publicity or promotion of GasworksNYC is the sole and exclusive owner, throughout the world in perpetuity, of all rights of whatever nature, including without limitation all copyrights, photographs and recordings made of or in connection with GasworksNYC. 

We hereby consent to the use, for advertising purposes, promotion, display, and for general use, in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, the name, likeness, voice and/or portrait by GasworksNYC in connection with its promotional efforts. We also understand that once my image is posted on GasworksNYC website or other online resources, the image can be downloaded by any computer user. Therefore, we agree to indemnify Gasworks NYC and hold harmless from any claims. GasworksNYC reserves the right to discontinue use of name, likeness, attributed statements, and/or photos without notice.
