This camp will be our first open camp for ages 8-13. We hope this open age group is helpful for kids looking for something fun and dirty to do the last week of summer. Students will get a hands-on exploration of clay through hand-building, throwing on the potter's wheel, surface techniques, and glazing. The runs for 5 days from Monday-Friday, 1:30-6p. There will be a head teacher and teacher assistant for this camp.  Kids will make the following projects: ice cream bowls, planters, cereal bowls made on the wheel with surprise animal creatures, story pots, and cookie jars.
